Start a Video Call

Select the next upcoming appointment for which you have booked a video call.

You can do this via "Scheduling"...

or via the iBooknow home screen. The next upcoming appointment will be displayed here.

Select the "Open chat" button to start a chat with the company. In the chat there is also the option to start the video chat.

Once the appointment has started, you can join the video call using the camera icon. If the appointment has not yet started, the symbol is still grayed out.

You are now in a video call with the specialist with whom you booked your appointment.
