Creating work plans is similar to creating employee plans. To do this, download the "CSV template". There are also examples in the file, please overwrite them or delete them.
When importing into your spreadsheet program, please note that the character encoding is set to "UTF-8" and the separator is set to "Comma".
Enter the data as shown in the example. Enter the relevant employee's email address.
Please add further data according to the following scheme:
Date from: YYYY-MM-DD
Date to: YYYY-MM-DD
Time: 07:00
Time until: 12:00
Weekdays: 1=Present; 0=Absent
If you want to set breaks, it is best to create 2 shifts with the 1st shift and then with the 2nd shift after the break.
Load the saved CSV file into the system using the “Upload shifts” menu item; the data will be processed directly.
