Please have the following company details ready when creating your business account:
Tax number (VAT ID) of your company
Your company’s DUNS number (if you don’t have one, you can apply for one here)
Name of the company with company name
Account details for the payment of received customer payments
Please note that we need to provide the DUNS number in order to ensure that the information relates to a real existing company. We want to protect consumers as best as possible from misuse and fake accounts.

D-U-N-S number
D-U-N-S (Data Universal Numbering System) is a globally recognized numbering system developed by Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) that assigns companies a unique nine-digit identification number.
You will be asked for your D-U-N-S number when you open an account with iBookNOW. Although it may not seem necessary at first glance, but it helps our teams ensure that your company is a registered company.
You can find your number or apply for it free of charge at www.dnb.com.
The DUNS number is displayed by the publisher with hyphens. Please enter this in the field provided without hyphens.
You have the option to enter new employees via the web interface. However, if you have a larger number of employees, it may be easier to do this using the CSV file upload option. In the Users menu item you will find the option to download a sample file, which you can then edit on your computer.

You can edit CSV files with any spreadsheet program and save them again in CSV format. Common editing programs include:
Microsoft Excel
Google Sheets
Onlyoffice
LibreOffice
Free Office (Softmaker Office) and many others.
Please note that you must open and save the file with the UTF-8 character encoding and the comma separator!

Easily create your business unit(s) in the web interface. To enter the address of your business unit, you can use the integrated search function in the Address field. If the address cannot be found directly here, you can also copy and paste the address from Google Maps.
By querying the category, your company is assigned to an area in our app, e.g. Makeup in the Beauty Salon category. If you can't find a suitable category, you can create your own.
The time zone setting is required to show you and your customers the correct time to make an appointment.

You can start a video call from the chat area. Once the appointment has started, you can press the video camera symbol in the bottom right corner of the chat window to start the video call.

How frequently are the funds paid out?
Your earnings will be paid out every 7 days to the bank details stored with our payment service provider. Please remember that the banking period in which the payment is being processed by your bank is added to this rhythm. Depending on the bank, this can take approx. 1 - 3 working days (depending on the respective bank).
Can I link my existing Stripe account to iBooknow?
Unfortunately, you cannot link your existing Stripe account to iBooknow. An account is automatically created for every new business customer upon registration.
Are there any monthly fixed fees for using iBooknow?
There are no fixed monthly fees for using and offering your services on iBooknow, no matter how many employees or business units you have. You can find more information in our Terms & Conditions and in the "Earning pay out" Section.

Google Chrome:
1. Open the webpage you want to save as a web app.
2. Click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the browser window to open the Chrome menu.
3. Select "More Tools" from the menu, and then choose "Install Web App."
4. A popup window will appear. Here, you can enter the name for your web app.
5. Optionally, you can also check the "Open as window" box to open the web app in its own window rather than a browser window.
6. Click "Add" to create the web app.
Mozilla Firefox:
1. Open the webpage you want to save as a web app.
2. Click on the three-bar menu in the upper right corner of the browser window to open the main menu.
3. Choose "Install Website as App."
4. You can now enter the name for your web app and optionally check the "Open as window" box.
5. Click "Install" to create the web app.
Safari:
1. Open the webpage you want to save as a web app.
2. Click on "File" in the menu bar and then select "Add to Home Screen."
3. You can enter a name for your web app.
4. Click "Add" to create the web app.
Following these steps should make the webpage available as a web app in your respective browser. You can then click on the corresponding icon in your start menu or home screen to access the webpage directly, as if it were a standalone application.
