Since we only charge your credit card 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, you can cancel the appointment without hesitation. The appointment will then be deleted from your scheduling overview and the appointment will also be removed from the company's calendar.
In this case, your credit card has already been charged and your payment has been forwarded to the company.
If you now confirm the cancellation by entering the text 'Cancel' and confirm this by pressing the 'Yes, cancel' button, the appointment will be canceled, but your payment will not be refunded!
It's best to contact the company using the chat function so you can ask the company to reschedule your appointment to another time. There is no cost associated with rescheduling the appointment.
In “Scheduling” select the appointment you would like to cancel.
Select "Cancel booking" if you are sure that you really want to cancel the appointment.
Please remember that an appointment can be canceled up to a maximum of 24 hours before the appointment.
You will then be asked again whether you are sure you want to cancel the appointment.
If you now confirm the cancellation by entering the text 'Cancel' and confirm this by pressing the 'Yes, cancel' button, the appointment will be canceled, but your payment will not be refunded!
If you want to reschedule your appointment, contact the company and press 'No'.
You will then receive a confirmation at the bottom of the screen that the appointment has been cancelled.
