Google Chrome:
1. Open the webpage you want to save as a web app.
2. Click on the three-dot menu in the top right corner of the browser window to open the Chrome menu.
3. Select "More Tools" from the menu, and then choose "Install Web App."
4. A popup window will appear. Here, you can enter the name for your web app.
5. Optionally, you can also check the "Open as window" box to open the web app in its own window rather than a browser window.
6. Click "Add" to create the web app.
Mozilla Firefox:
1. Open the webpage you want to save as a web app.
2. Click on the three-bar menu in the upper right corner of the browser window to open the main menu.
3. Choose "Install Website as App."
4. You can now enter the name for your web app and optionally check the "Open as window" box.
5. Click "Install" to create the web app.
Safari:
1. Open the webpage you want to save as a web app.
2. Click on "File" in the menu bar and then select "Add to Home Screen."
3. You can enter a name for your web app.
4. Click "Add" to create the web app.
Following these steps should make the webpage available as a web app in your respective browser. You can then click on the corresponding icon in your start menu or home screen to access the webpage directly, as if it were a standalone application.
Google Chrome:
1. Open Google Chrome and click on the three-dot menu in the top right to open settings.

By applying these settings, cookies and website data will persist even after closing the web app. Keep in mind that permanently storing cookies can pose security risks, so use these settings with caution and only for trusted websites.
