If the category in which your business operates does not yet exist, you can create the appropriate category.

In the Taxes area, please enter the tax rates that apply to you.

 iBooknow has no influence on your entry if you enter the tax rates incorrectly, do not keep them up to date and suffer tax disadvantages as a result. If your tax laws change, be sure to update them. Our app uses your entries to show your customers the correct invoice amount.

In the Time Zone area you set the time zone valid at your location. This has an impact on appointment scheduling and the display of free time slots to your customers.

In the next step you can add up to 5 images to your company. Use this to offer your customers the best possible impression of your company.

The saved images are displayed to your customers in the app.

JPG and PNG are supported image formats.

Don't forget to save your changes so that they take effect.

After all entries have been completed, your business unit is still marked as inactive. Once you have completed all settings, remember to set these business unit(s) to active. 

It will then be visible in the app in a few minutes.

After activating the unit, the display switches to green and active.
