Creation and Delivery of Invoices

As a service provider, you are responsible for creating the invoices and delivering them to your customers. You have the option of sending the invoice to your customer using the integrated chat function before or during an online appointment. We recommend the PDF format for this.

During an offline appointment, you can give your customer the invoice on site.

If it is possible in the future for iBooknow as a platform or iBooknow's payment service provider to send invoices to your customer on your behalf, fees may apply for this service.
