Open the customer appointment for which you have an online appointment.
To do this, click on the appointment in the calendar.
In the appointment popup, scroll down and click on "Open chat" to enter the customer chat.
In the chat with the customer with whom you have an online appointment, you will find the camera symbol at the bottom right. Click on it to start the video call.
Please note that the icon is grayed out if the appointment has not yet started. When the appointment has started, it is darker and can be clicked.
Now you can carry out the video call with your customer.
Please note that this will automatically end after one hour. We are working to resolve this limitation.
