Deletion of a company

If you would like to delete your company from our platform, we are very sorry and would be happy if you let us know what we can improve to reverse your decision.

To remove your offer from iBooknow, please delete the business unit as described above. You can also do this with the employees you have created in our system. If you only want to limit the visibility of your offer on our platform for a limited time, just set the business unit(s) to “Inactive”. As a result, they are no longer listed on our platform and cannot be booked. You can keep the visibility and the settings you have made when you reactivate the business unit(s) and do not have to make all the settings again.

Set both the business unit and the employees to “Inactive” before deleting, then you can start deleting.

The company will remain in our system for 12 months so that you have the opportunity to use our offer within this time without having to go through the entire registration process. Furthermore, you still have access to the documents stored in your account that may have been saved while using our service.

After this inactive period, your company will be deleted and all documents and other data, including the data stored, will be removed from our payment service provider.
