Click on the appointment for which you would like to open a chat. In this example, this is the next upcoming appointment.
Click on "Open chat" to start a chat with the provider and, if necessary, ask questions about the upcoming appointment.
Type in your message and send it with Enter. You can also send files if they are needed for the appointment.
If you have open chats you can also find them in the “Chats” section.
Please note that the chats will be automatically closed after the appointment. The documents you send or receive remain stored in the "Documents" section of your profile.
